Book Cover Design | America’s New Map | December 2022

I worked with author Thomas P.M. Barnett to design the cover for his book, America's New Map. Dr. Barnett sought a cover that would be eye-catching yet subtle, causing the viewer to do a double take. A key premise of the book is the expansion of U.S. territory, so my visual approach was to add stars to an otherwise-standard American flag.
